Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients 2 8-ounce packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1 7-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained 1 cup pecans/walnuts 1 tablespoon minced onions 1 tablespoon Lowry’s Seasoned Salt Method Combine cheese, pineapple, onions, and salt in a large bowl. Make into ball and place in aluminum foil, chill.  Remove and cover the ball with crushed nuts.

Ingredients 10 ounce extra sharp cheddar, grated 3 cups biscuit mix 1 pound hot sausage, uncooked Method Mix together. Roll into small balls. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350-degrees on an ungreased baking sheet.   Freeze unbaked ball; bake frozen balls 20 minutes.  Makes 8 dozen.
