Ingredients

3 cups (3 six-ounce packages) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups marshmallow whip or 2 cups cut-up or miniature marshmallows
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups coarsely chopped nuts
1 large can (14-1/2 ounces) evaporated milk
3-1/2 cups C and H Granulated Sugar

Method

Measure first 5 ingredients into large bowl.  Combine milk and sugar in a saucepan; bring to a boil and cook 12 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly.  Pour this mixture over ingredients in a bowl; stir until completely combined.  Pour into greased 13″ x 9″ x 2″ pan; chill for several hours before cutting.  

Makes about 2 pounds creamy, smooth fudge.  Store in covered container in the refrigerator.
