Ingredients

1 6-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 6-ounce package butterscotch pieces
2 3-ounce cans LA CHOY Chow Mein Noodles
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (or cashews)

Method

Melt 1 package (6-ounces) semi-sweet chocolate pieces and 1 package (6-ounces) butterscotch pieces in top of double boiler over hot water. Remove from heat. Quickly stir in 2 cans (3-ounces each) LA CHOY Chow Mein Noodles and 1/2 cups chopped peanuts (or cashews) until they are evenly coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. 

Makes 36 cookies.
