Anderson Lemon Pie, a vintage typed recipe card.

Use pie crust recipe, line pan, and bake. Any box package of pudding, cook as directed. Before taking from the stove, add two egg yolks slightly beaten, cook one minute. Place in the shell - add the meringue. 

Beat 2 egg whites until foamy. Add 1/4 cup sugar gradually, beating until mixture stands in peaks. 

Brown at 325-degrees.
