Miniature Cream Puffs


4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt


Preheat to 425-degrees. 

Heat water and butter to a rolling boil.  Stir in flour {and salt} vigorously until it forms a ball.  About one minute.  Remove from heat.  Beat eggs in one at a time, beating well after each.  Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased sheet.  {Bake} about twenty minutes.  Remove and cool.  Slice off the top and fill.
