Over The Back Fence Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
24 carrots
1-peck tomatoes
2 medium-sized cabbage
2 bunches celery
6 medium-sized onions
Salt to taste
Method
Cook carrots and celery for a short time before adding other ingredients. Cook all about 30 minutes, once tender seal in sterilized jars. Meat, potatoes, and rice may be added when these vegetables are used in the winter.
