1 cup ground chicken
1 teaspoon gelatin
1/4 cup thick cream
1 teaspoon miniced parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice


Soak gelatin in 1/4 teapoon cold water for five minutes and then dissolve in hot water. Mix other ingredients together adn add dissovled gelatine, stir well together and turn in a think layer on a well-buttered plate, smooth the mixture and set aside to cool, when cool cut in squares the size of a sandwich and place between think slices of buttered bread. Serve in a lettuce cup.
