Enchilada Sauce

Enchilada Sauce


1 large onion, minced
1 clove garlic
6 teaspoons olive oil
2 pounds hamburger
1 2 1/2 can solid pack tomatoes
1 can tomato paste, diluted with an equal amount of water
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
pinch each of rosemary, thyme, oregano, and cumin seed


Brown meat, onions, and garlic; add rest and simmer 1 hour.  Add water if necessary.  

1 medium onion, minced
3/4 cup chopped ripe olives
3 large sour pickles (not dill), chopped

Combine all ingredients.
