Ingredients
4 cups cooked chopped chicken
2 cups celery
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 boiled eggs
2/3 cup chopped almonds
2 red pimentos
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon grated cheese
1 1/2 cup potato chips
Method
Combine all the ingredients but cheese and chips. Put in a large baking dish. Let stand overnight. Mix cheese and chips and put on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350-degrees.
