Ingredients
3 pounds peaches (about 2 dozen)
3 pounds sugar
3 oranges, ground in food chopper
5-ounce bottle Maraschino Cherries
1/4 pound almonds, blanched
Method
Mix peaches, sugar, and oranges together and cook until thick. Then add 5-ounce bottle Maraschino Cherries, cut fine with juice and 1/4 pound blanched almonds, reheat. Cook fifteen minutes longer.
Makes 8 glasses.
