Ingredients

8 egg whites
8 tablespoons sugar, divided
1 pint strawberries, raspberries, bananas, or peaches

Pie crust

Method

Bake a lower crust and while in the oven beat 8 egg whites to a very stiff frost, add 4 level tablespoons sugar beat well, add 4 more tablespoons sugar. Mix in lightly and stir lightly 1-pint strawberries, raspberries, or small cut banana or peaches (must not be wet) and pour this mixture into the pie crust without removing it from the oven. Bake about 15 minutes.
