Cottage Cheese Salad

Cottage Cheese Salad


1 lemon Jell-O
1 lime Jell-O
2 cups hot water
1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped nuts
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 10-ounce cottage cheese, small curds
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can Borden Canned Milk {Sweetened, Condensed}


Combine 1 lemon Jell-O, 1 lime Jell-O in 2 cups hot water, mix well.  When cool add 1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple, 1 cup chopped nuts, 2 tablespoons horseradish, 1 10-ounce container cottage cheese (small curds), 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 can Borden Sweetened, Condensed milk. 

Mix and pour into 18 individual molds or 4 small ring molds.
