Ingredients
30 Graham cracker cookies (single)
1 cube butter
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups blueberries
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup orange juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1-pint whipping cream
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Method
Mix melted butter with 1/2 cup sugar and combine with 30 Graham crackers. Line a 9×13 pan with half of the mixture.
Cook blueberries, 2/3 cup sugar, cornstarch, orange juice and the juice of 1 lemon until thick. Cool, carefully pour over Graham cracker crust.
Whip cream, fold in marshmallows. Carefully spoon over berries.
