1 large package Lime Jell-O
1 large package Lemon Jell-O
1 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
1 8-ounce Cool Whip
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
Make Jell-O according to package directions. Let set until it has started to get stiff. Beat until foamy. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and pineapple. Fold in the Cool Whip and both bowls of Jell-O. Stir until mixed. Pour mixture into bowls or molds and refrigerate until set.
