Veal Scallopini


2 pounds veal cubes (shoulder and shank)
3/4 cup flour, mixed with 1 teaspoon salt & 1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup oil
4 ounces mushrooms, drained
2 small onions, sliced thin
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon whole oregano
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 pound can tomatoes


Roll veal cubes in seasoned flour and fry in hot oil until well browned.  Put in Crock Pot and add all remaining ingredients.  Stir.  Cook low for 6 to 8 hours.  

Serve over rice or fettucini.
