Ingredients
1 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 large container cool whip
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)
8 ounces dry roasted nuts
3 large Granny Smith Apples, cubed
Method
Cream together butter, powdered sugar, and eggs. Fold in cool whip and pineapple. Add nuts and apples. Refrigerate.
