2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour

2 teaspoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons soy flour
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 12/ teaspoons baking powder
2 cups quick oats
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup shredded coconut

NOTE: use 1 more cup flour and 1 more cut oats. 



Cream together the first six ingredients {sugar, butter, eggs, molasses, vanilla, and flour}, add the rest and mix well. Drop by teaspoon on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350-degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.  Let rest on cookie sheet 5 minutes, remove to wire rack and let cool. 

Makes 6 Dozen.
