Sauerkraut Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can sauerkraut large can, drained
- 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup pimento, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup salad oil
Method

- In a saucepan, boil sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper. (This can be doubled)
- Remove from heat and add 1/3 cup salad oil.
