Ingredients
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup warm water
1 {package} yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups flour
2 cups whole milk
Method
Scald milk and let cool.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add milk to yeast mixture. Then add well-beaten eggs and oil. Add to dry ingredients.
Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate. Stir gently when ready to use.
