- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sherry
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Combine and mix five minutes on medium speed.
- Bake 350-degrees for 45 to 55 minutes in a greased angel pan.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
