Ingredients
1 1/2 pints fresh California strawberries
1 8-inch unbaked pastry shell
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup undiluted evaporated milk
Method
Arrange strawberries in the pastry shell. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over strawberries. Bake at 400-degrees about 45 minutes. Serve warm if desired.
Yield: 1 8-inch pie.
