Ingredients

  • 6 unpeeled potatoes, medium
  • 6 onions, medium
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Method

  • Cut potatoes and onions into 1/4-inch slices.
