Grandma’s Christmas Cookies

Grandma's Christmas Cookies


2 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups lard
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 1/2 to 6 cups flour – or more


Refrigerate overnight. Work in more flour. Roll out and cut. Keep airtight. 

Bake at 350-degrees.
