Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 small onion, cut-up
3/4 cup celery, cut-up
1 green pepper – optional
1 can tuna, drained
1/2 cup cashew nuts, chopped
1 large can Chinese noodles

Method

Mix everything together, except for noodles. 

I usually cook the onions and celery together for a while, then mix everything together – except noodles and bring to a boil. Stir to keep from sticking. Heat noodles and serve by pouring tuna mixture over hot noodles.
