Ingredients
1 can Chinese Noodles
1 small fryer
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 package cashews
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Method
Put half of the dry noodles in the bottom of a casserole then add, (stir together chicken cut up, celery, onion, mushroom soup, soy sauce & water, salt and pepper) add to the noodles, then top with remaining noodles.
Bake 45 minutes at 350-degrees, (covered).
Serve with molded salad.
