Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cucumber, well drained
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash pepper

Method

  • Combine ingredients; mix well. Chill.

Notes

Yield: 3 cups. 
Food Processor Tip: Cut one medium cucumber in half crosswise; place vertically in the feed tube. Process with shredding disk; drain well. Cut onion into 1-inch pieces; place in work bowl. Process with a steel blade, using on/off turns, until chopped.
