Ingredients
3 cups diced rhubarb
2 cups sugar
1 3-ounce package strawberry Jell-O
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 egg, beaten
Little red food coloring if rhubarb is not red
Method
Mix all together. Makes 1-2 crust pie. Sprinkle with sugar on top.
Bake 400-degrees, about 1 hour.
I find it doesn’t take an hour. Make and enjoy!
